The SNN Advisory Group's core objectives are to:

  • Provide technical expertise and input into the iterative creation of a Strategic Nature Network (SNN) to connect and restore ecosystems across the UK.
  • Input into the model blueprint and guidance for the establishment of Natural Investment Zones as foundational components of the SNN, driving ecosystem-level restoration and community engagement.
  • Promote the reinstatement of natural processes to enhance climate resilience and safeguard biodiversity.
